Working Hard

This is a busy time for Bill and me.  I'm in the midst of training my second campground, Fishing Bridge RV Park, and Bill is busy working in the computer center.  I have to admit, as a trainer, having someone in the computer center is a big plus.  Unlike previous years, my printers and computers have all worked flawlessly...coincidence or not???

We are settled in nicely for the next few weeks.  Here we are...spring in Yellowstone.

    1. This is an average snow year, and we've seen it worse (2011). The sun is shining today, and we can see where the snow is melting. By July we should be good! :-) BTW, training is going great!

  3. I'm supposed to visit some friends in West Yellowstone before going to Cody to start my job, but now I see that the road through the park may not be open, due to snow and plowing on the pass, for me to go across the park between Cody and West Yellowstone. I may have to go around the park or not meet up with my friends.

    1. NPS is working to clear the east entrance road, which is scheduled to open on May 2. Of course, that could always change depending on weather conditions. You can call the roads report to get updated info: 307-344-2117.

  4. I hope they provide your propane, at least at this time of year.

    1. No such luck, but at least we have propane piped directly to the site, so we won't run out. At 14 degrees this morning, we sure don't want to run out.
